Refund Policy

1. The web service does not offer paid purchases
After signing up, the Reada web service offers one free reflection per day. There is no separate diamond top-up or membership purchase on the web, so there is no item on the web itself that would be subject to a refund.
2. Refunds for iOS and Android in-app purchases
Refunds for diamond in-app purchases made within the mobile apps (extra cards, 5-card and Celtic Cross spreads, follow-up conversations with the AI, 30-day tracking, etc.) follow the refund policy of each store.
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Purchase History → Report a Problem, or reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions and payments → Payment activity → Request a refund
3. Cases where refunds are limited
- When you have already used diamonds to receive a reflection (once the content has been delivered as expected, it is not eligible for refunds based on a simple change of mind).
- When the account has been suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms or applicable law.
- When a third party has misused the payment method (handled through a separate dispute process).
