Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-10
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set forth the conditions and procedures for using the tarot-reading web service (the "Service") provided by Reada (the "Company"), along with the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the user.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Account" means the unit of access to the Service that identifies a user through an authentication method such as Google Sign-In.
- "Gem" means a virtual item used within the Service that is consumed when accessing paid content such as additional readings. Gems have no monetary value and cannot be used outside the Service.
- "Membership" means a recurring-payment product that provides unlimited additional readings for a set period of time.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
The Company posts these Terms within the Service at all times. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds permitted by applicable law, and will give notice within the Service starting seven days before the effective date (thirty days in the case of changes unfavorable to the user). If the user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw the Account.
Article 4 (Provision of the Service)
The Company provides the following services.
- One free tarot reading per day (a 3-card past · present · future spread)
- Additional readings purchased with gems, and extended spreads to be introduced in the future
- Storage and review of reading history
- Question suggestions based on the user's flow of past questions
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
Content beyond the free usage limit may be accessed through gems or a membership. Gems are credited immediately upon payment, and a set number of gems is deducted for each additional reading. A membership is activated immediately after payment and auto-renews until the next billing date.
Payment methods, detailed pricing, and payment processors are described on the Service screens and the payment pages.
Article 6 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for gems are restricted once they have been used. The scope of refunds available for unused gems and memberships is governed by the Refund Policy.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
- Users shall not use another person's Account or payment method without authorization.
- Users shall not send abnormal requests by automated means, nor attempt to circumvent the gem or membership system.
- Users shall not include another person's personal information, sensitive information, or unlawful information in the questions submitted to the Service.
Article 8 (Nature of the Content and Disclaimer)
All readings and interpretations provided by the Service are reference material for entertainment and self-reflection, and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The Company bears no responsibility for any decisions the user makes based on the readings. This provision is effective to the extent it does not conflict with mandatory law.
Article 9 (Modification and Suspension of the Service)
The Company may modify or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Where urgent circumstances make advance notice impracticable, the Company will provide notice after the fact.
Article 10 (Limitations on the Company's Liability)
The Company is not liable for service interruptions or damages to users caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, communications outages, or failures of payment processors.
Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)
Matters relating to the processing of users' personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising from use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
